Paulo Formaro studied at Colegio Normal Nº5 in Cipolletti (RN).

He did his university studies at Universidad Nacional de La Plata in 1991, and came back to the region of Alto Valle of Rio Negro and Neuquén.

In the year 1993 he became part of Sosa Luengo – Focaccia Staff in Neuquén, working in the area of counseling and contentious legal labor.

In 1997 he becomes an associates in the firm Focaccia-Formaro-Huarte & Associates, as the legal advisor in the area mentioned before.

Since 2007 he has been an executive partner in the firm Formaro | Huarte | González | Fazzolari & Martín, following the previously mentioned structures of partnership.

Pablo González studied in Pedro Luro, province of Buenos Aires and got his High School degree at Don Bosco School in Bahia Blanca.

In 1991 he got his Law degree from the Comahue National University in Neuquén.

In 1996 he become part of Sosa Luengo – Focaccia Staff in Neuquén, working in the area of labor counseling.

Since the beginning of his career, he has specialized in the labor area and did a post-graduate course on Labor Law in Castilla de la Mancha University in Toledo, Spain.

Since 1996 he has worked as the labor area manager in Formaro | Huarte | González | Fazzolari & Martín Associates, following the previously mentioned structures of partnership.

Carlos Fazzolari was born in La Plata, Province of Buenos Aires, where he graduated as Lawyer and Notary from the National University of La Plata in the year 1994.

In 2007 he did his post-graduate studies and he got his degree in Administrative Law from the Comahue National University in the year 2009.

He began his professional development in the Bureau of Dr. Federico Guillermo José Dominguez – who later became the President of the Cassation Chamber in the Province of Buenos Aires – in Lomas de Zamora and Buenos Aires. Later, he moved to the Alto Valle region, he took part in the Legal Department of Rio Negro Bank – currently Patagonia Bank – and he was Counselor for the Patagonian Zone for the National Labor Ministry.

In the year 1997, he became part of the Firm Focaccia - Formaro - Huarte & Associates, working as Senior lawyer in the counseling area of contentious civil, commercial and administrative law.

He is a member of the BAR in Neuquén and Gral Roca (RN) BAR and he is also an associate judge in the First Instance Federal Court in Neuquén.

Since 2007 he has been an executive partner in Formaro | Huarte | González | Fazzolari & Martín Associates, working mainly in the area of Civil, Commercial and Administrative Litigation.

Facundo Martín finished High School in El Bolsón, Rio Negro. In 1993 he graduated as lawyer from the University of La Plata.

In 1991, he entered an internship program as Reporting Secretary of the Buenos Aires Fiscal Court and since 1992 he dedicated to Business Law becoming part, first as intern and then as an associate, of the firm Salessi, Russo & Associates, until 1998.

He has been a business advisor since 1992.

In January 1998, Facundo Martin became part of the staff in the firm Focaccia | Formaro | Huarte & Associates and since then he has been in charge of giving advice on Labor law, Civil law and Up-stream and Environmental law.

He is a specialist in Administrative Law (National Comahue University, 2009) and in Procedural Law (University of Buenos Aires, 2019). He graduated from Argentina Notary University with a master’s degree in Business Law (1996) and from Neuquén BAR Association in Employment Law (2001).

In 2018 he obtained a Magister’s degree in Constitutional Justice and Human Rights from Bologna University.

He has taught classes as a professor of Salta Catholic Law School (2004-2009). He is an active member of Argentinian Constitutional Law Association and the Argentinian Employment and Social Security Law Association. He speaks English and Italian. He does research and academic publications.

For thirty years he has developed great experience in Labor, Procedural and Constitutional Law for companies and he is currently an associate partner in the firm Formaro | Huarte | González | Fazzolari & Martín.

Mariana Videla was born in Tandil, Buenos Aires. She graduated from Lomas de Zamora National Law University.

In the year 2014 she started her professional career in Neuquén as the ONG counselor attorney, and she was appointed Mediator of the Ombudsman’s Office in Neuquén.

She completed her postgraduate studies in Estate Civil Law (CCJ La Pampa); in Civil Responsibility (Cijuso); in Procedural Law (CAyPN) and in Constitutional Processes (UBA).

She is a specialist in Civil Procedural Law (UBA) and completed a Master’s degree in Procedural Law (UNR).

She is a chairperson and bursar in the Attorney-General Association in Neuquén and since 2015 she is part of the firm Formaro | Huarte | González | Fazzolari & Martín, currently working as Senior Attorney associate in charge of the Commercial and Civil Litigation area.
