Our History

In 1976, after serving in the Superior Court of Justice of the Province of Neuquén, Dr. Omar Sosa Luego and Dr. Marco César Davel began their private practice, with Dr. Luis María Focaccia joining them months later.

From the beginning, they focused their professional work on advising local companies in civil, labor, and administrative matters. Over time, the firm positioned itself as legal counsel for national companies and as correspondents for law firms in Buenos Aires.

As the firm grew, it established itself as a benchmark in the legal field. Throughout this period, many talented professionals developed their careers here, later achieving prominence in both the private sector and public office.

The founders left a legacy that we, the current partners, strive to continue alongside our team of senior and junior associates and administrative staff—all of whom share the same professional ideals.

Today, fifty years since the firm began its professional activity, we welcome this opportunity to celebrate and thank those who have stood by us, as we renew our commitment to our work.
